Good Morning !
A glorious day here in Edinburgh, sun shining through cottonwool clouds. I have survived the clocks going forward and will luxuriate in the hours of light after work.
So Rangers won ...... what can say? Mandy was chuffed!
Mike and I shared a meal of roast lamb followed by apple /raspberry crumble & cream. I had an uncontrollable urge to cook! Doesn't happen very often these days and I admit to enjoying it. Andy & Pete were both out working but made short work of the remaining food on their return.
Sue & I spent some time talking, it is always wonderful to hear from her. I do miss her.
The world holds it's breath waiting for the election results from Zimbabwe.
Sad News:
The Cambodian photographer whose life story under the brutal Khmer Rouge regime was recreated in the film The Killing Fields has died in New Jersey. Dith Pran, 65, had been ill with pancreatic cancer.
Angus Fairhurst. 1966-2008. One of the original Young British Artists
who blazed such a trail
through the 1990s, has taken his own life in a remote part of Scotland.
He was 41.

I am alone at work today, and although I have Shiatsu Clients it is oddly quiet being in the Clinic without the usual hustle and bustle of comings & goings.
I have started reading Never Cry Wolf by Farley Mowat (pictured), it is a gem. It was made into a film by Carroll Ballard in 1983.
